The Richins Family {together forever}

One of the songs that we are practicing this year for the Primary Program is "Families can be together Forever". And while I was teaching it to the children in our ward, I told them to think about their own families and how special it is that they can all be together forever. Kind of a bad idea on my part... beautiful, beautiful song + seeing my beautiful little girls with their big brown eyes singing with their classes = one choked up singing time lady who barely got through the song. I love knowing that I can be with me wonderful family forever!
And being with this beautiful family last week, as they were sealed, was such an amazing experience. We were all so very happy for them!!!

Bryce, Olivia & Jake

Alrighty, here are the cuter than heck kiddos of our fab friends Cindy and Derek. Man, they are always so fun to take pictures of! Bryce is always playing it cool, looking studly. Olivia is a supermodel with a cute little high-pitched giggle that makes me giggle. And Jake......he is a nut:o) A very cute, very comedic nut. He's pretty much the version of my Bette. Hopefully I've described her well enough to give you a picture of this little cutie! They were so awesome to scope out these rocking venues- Thanks! I had a blast for sure!

The DeGroot Family

Check this hot fam out! What a great night to take pictures. I always get a little nervous when I schedule family sessions in the fall, because the weather is so crazy and it's so hard for kids to look happy when they are freezing cold. But last weekend the weather could not have been more perfect, which made for a great, fun shoot with happy warm children! And that sweet golden light was delicious!
Mom, Dad, Kaiden and Reese rocked it out for sure! I loved the idea of the red couch...I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be doing that a lot more often. And those hot red shoes...yeooow! I know the stones on the pathway could not have made it easy to maneuver, but Melissa was a pure champ! Especially being 5 months preggers.

James Family

All I can really say is that trying to narrow down the amount of pictures to a reasonable number to post has been insane! SOOOO many dang cute shots of this extremely great looking family, how will I ever choose? Man.
So this is my little Reagan's most wonderful teacher in the world!
What is Reagan's favorite thing about school??? Mrs. James.
What is the reason for Reagan hoping that she won't pass first grade so she can be in the same class again next year??? Mrs. James.
She really is the coolest! And her family...the coolest! Those boys, I tell ya, are ALL boy! They love life, climbing in trees, running around, collecting sticks, I'm wondering how it was possible that we didn't have any bug finding adventures. Weird.
But they were so sweet to put up with me and my camera in their faces constantly. And have you ever seen shiny brown eyes as big as these???

I think that I came up with a solution that will help Reagan's heart to not break when the school year is over and she's afraid that she will never see her Mrs. James again. I'm thinking that Reagan can marry Trace when they are 30. She will be an awesome daughter in law, and imagine the dark brown eyes on their kids! WHOA!!!

Heidi's Fam!

Whelp, the Mortensen's are taking their little Lilly and moving across the country...New adventures are calling, and I'm sure life will be splendid! It was great to see them again before they left! And Lilly..oh my goodness, could she be any cuter??? So adorable! Best wishes to you all!!!

The Nordfelt Family

Wow, I think that this might have been the first session that I've gotten out before I've had a chance to get it up here on the blog!
This fall season has been suuuuuuuper busy, with a lot of stormy weather with a couple of sessions that we've had to re-schedule but it has been funner than heck! (Is "funner" not a real word??? Because I'm getting the red squiggly line under it. Why is "squiggly" a real word and "funner" isn't??? I'm baffled).
Anyway, Way fun family. Way cute kids. What could be better?
