Princess Reagan

Oh the things that this little girls says. Conversations with Reagan are magical! It's so funny to hear such profound thoughts come from such a little girl. And she is funny! We were eating dinner one night at Mimi's Cafe and while we were waiting for our food Blake decided to keep the kids busy with a game of "I Spy" so when it was his turn he said, while looking at me, he said, "I spy with my little eye...something beautiful". And without even missing a beat Reagan said, "I know it's me...my turn. I spy with my little eye.....". Then later that week we were shopping together and I asked her what she wanted to give daddy for Christmas and she asked, "Well what does daddy like besides you?". There's never a dull moment when Reagan's around. And apparently she's going to be around us forever because she keeps telling us that she's never going to get married because she'll miss us too much. She's not even going to go out on dates with boys either. We definitely need to get that on tape. Wouldn't that be the most darling clip in a wedding video...a sweet little Reagan with her drama-frown saying "I'm never getting married and I'm not going to go out on dates either."? Oh yeah, we've GOT to get that!!!
We sure do love that little sweetheart!

Beautiful Kaitlin Elise

This little Beauty is the reason that people keep telling Blake that he's going to need to buy a shotgun to scare all of the boys away. I wonder...does one ever get tired of hearing how beautiful you are??? Kaitlin is so much more than beautiful! She is such an amazing little girl with the biggest, hugest heart! She's always the first to help out with her little sisters or the first to offer a hug and suppport when someone is sad and having a hard time. And the girl is a crazy-good baker! She's following in the footsteps of her aunt Lia...her cinnamon brownies are heavenly deliciousness. And when she bakes them she leaves the edges for me because she knows that's my favorite part. I told you she was thoughtful!!! Such a blessing to have such an amazingly wonderful daughter!

Thanks for looking!!!

As some you might have noticed, I added a little counter to my blog for about a week...what, I was curious! Much to my delight I found out that more than 3 people actually look at this :). So Thank You!!! You made my week! I will try to be more diligent in posting often. Thank goodness I have a little one who is too small to protest getting her pictures taken right??? Actually my little poser Reagan would normally be more than willing to get in front of the camera, but they went sledding and the poor thing ended up biting it and getting "road rash" on her sweet little face. She was so traumatized she didn't even want to go to Church the next day.
I'll get some pics of the olders soon...and they will look like they're having a great time...or so help me.... (hahahaha). Thanks again!!!

2 Months already...

"Every blade of grass has it's angel that bends over it and whispers, 'Grow, grow'."
-The Talmud

Look at what can happen in only two months...LOOK! Seriously...those big cute chubby cheeks showed up only the day before yesterday, I think.
I was completely amazed tonight at how much little ones change in such a short period of time as I was looking at her newborn and 1 month pics...wow.
Ava continues to be such a pure delight in our family. She's starting to giggle and coo...so pretty much we're all walking around with sore cheeks from the little "smiling stand-offs" we get into with her. Love her, love her, love her!!!

Happy New Year!!!

I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday season! I know we did!!! I'll be posting our fam pics on the fam blog soon.
It seems like every year there is just a huge freeze in all actitvities once New Year's Day has come and gone..I'm still waiting for that freeze...but I'm making it a goal to get some photos of my gorgeous little ones up here as soon as possible.
Here are a few of miss Bette, sporting the cute little outfit from Aunt Diane, (I'm sending the color ones with your thank you note). She still continues to be our little "thug" who doesn't take crap from anybody :)...or as our good friend Doug would say..."She's a take charge kind of woman". She keeps us laughing all day long, and even into the night when I find her in the pantry at midnight eating Goldfish crackers.
Her favorite thing to do now is to walk into a room with a blanket over her head, then take it off and ask, "did I scare you???". I love this ever darling Bette of mine!

like you really care...hahahaha :o)
